Delivery Policy

1.1 Products should be delivered from Monday till Friday within the shortest time possible from your order between 07.30hrs and 16.00hrs. We are also available to fix delivery dates and times to suit your convenience.

1.2 When we carry out the delivery a person must be present in order to sign that they have received the goods. If no one is there to receive the goods within the stipulated times we will leave a note as a record of the attempted delivery. In this case and even in case the delivery would not be able to be executed because of missing or erroneous information from your side, we will contact you to try arrange an alternative date for a second delivery. 

1.3 Deliveries are carried out till the main outside door on the ground floor of the delivery address. 

1.4 Deliveries are carried out free of charge.
